Hi Doctor, I am facing weight gain problem since past 3 months now. I have gained a lot of wieght which has resulted in irregular periods. I also have pain in my legs and i cant sleep properly at night. What should i do?

Surely excessive weight affects periods adversely...try to do 1/2 hr of vigorous exercises...avoid sweet, oily, milk products, fatty food as much as possible. ..maintain routine in meal time, exercise n sleeping timings. ..eat freash friuts n veggies...see how it goes in month or two ...if still troubled then see a Gynecologist
