Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome
Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome I have difficulty in breathing . I have headaches in morning and panic becuase I have not slept properly for last 25 days. I have difficult to breathe deeply . Due to over weight it's keep paning in anywhere in stomach. I am am also gas issues because of this. Please help I need to get out of this. Regards Anup

Pl determine to reduce the  weight. Pl do some physical exercises. What is the wt and ht.sleep is very important. Sleep study has to be done.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports. If necessary, pl also consult  bariatric surgeon.
