Walk in early morning and evening twenty minutes each. almost blend diet with least oil n spices.better is vegitarian bland diet. small amount of food in one time repeat it in small interval means basic diet is to  be devided in small fragment . Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc, slowly all values comes down.medicin also available Tab ROSUVASTATIN 10 MG ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIFTEEN TO TWENTY DAYS but a slight restlessness is there in beginning.so it's better to do by diet control.this is for triglycerides.ok.

Your Lipid profile and liver function test show increased levels, I would advise you to follow the following remedies for the next 1-2 months before starting medication(which you ideally require for your elevated parameters) but taking in consideration of your age i would advise to follow the following remedies: - Exercise regularly(Preferably High Intensity Interval Training which would be an effective cardio work out) - Reduce weight - Avoid sugar treats, fatty food, oily/ deep fried food items. - Have food items such as fish(rich in omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon), flax seeds, garlic, foods rich in soluble fiber. - Eliminate trans fats from your diet - Limit your consumption of foods high in saturated fats. For example, substitute olive oil for butter. Follow the above steps and check your lipid profile again in 1 month and if the parameters do not come under control I'd advise starting medications such as statins. Due to your current parameters you're at a high risk for cardiac disorders, fatty liver which could lead to liver disease to name a few.
