Breakfast - boiled pulses or egg plus either of pooja, dosa, hona, idli, brown bread . 4. Lunch - dal, salad with olive oil, fruity veggies, roti. 5. Snacks- dry fruits free tea Dinner - veggie soup plus khichadi 6. Before sleeping have milk
