would suggest you go and get yourself checked out thoroughly so that the cause of your problem can be established. once the cause has been established then comes the part of treating.
breathing problem can have a wide range of causes. so can't really say a specific treatment for you without examining you.
and the doctor who will examine you will give you a proper prescription.

Hi, take it seriously chocking can be due to allergic response of your airway ( respiratory tract). consult pulmonologist as soon as possible and sorry we can't give online prescription.
