I feeling slight numbness in my hands (specially in left hand), I feel that from middle 2 fingers of left hand to elbow. . Facing this trouble multiple times in a week.

Sir,
greetings, you might have slight compression in neck . follow below tips
1. avoid using high pillows during sleep
2. do some isometric exercise for neck
3. dont use computers or desk work continously without break , forward bending of neck increases the problem
4. dont give any pressurised massage in neck region. use any linements mildly
5. also rule out cardiac problems
