Numbness on left leg (smallspot/circle)

Asked for Male, 23 Years

There was numbness looking like a small circle in my left leg.It was sometime disappears on its own.There was no hair growth on that part also.I had consult various doctors for this but unable to find the cause of this.It was on the left leg and there was no pain also.Sometime its feel awkward around it.Please help.
