Yesterday entire left side of body became numb and had no sensation, there was no power in body to lift hand. the numbness was both in hand and legs. the patient is 26 yrs old female having a history of low blood pressure. the same had happened 3-4 yrs back.

Consult a neurologist and get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
We may need to do MRI brain to look for any lesions. But first it needs to be clinically evaluated to determine further course of action.
