NUMBNESS in TONGUE

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My lower left wisdom tooth was extracted on 9th September by cutting bone. Stitches have been provided there. I can't feel my left portion of tongue. When I try to press left portion of tongue with my teeth, I don't feel anything. PLEASE HELP. Thank you
