From 2 months my mother left leg have numbed below knee position and she cannot able to walk right way and lost balance while standing and walking. She cannot put forward it's legs for walking in right direction and voluntary the path. She is also taking diabetic medicines and sometimes sciatica medicines when she feels unbearable pain in legs. Kindly advice what and where is the problem in body for correct diagnosis. Is it curable for diabetic person? Do we have to consult orthopedic and physiotherapist.

You have to rule out whether it's only because of diabetes or any other causes. It could be a surgical spinal problem, a diabetic neuropathy problem or any other cause. First step would be a plain MRI of lumbosacral spine. If that is fine then further tests like EMG and NCV to establish the cause.
