Numbness in arms and hand

Sir, Iam suffering from numbness in arm and hand, unable to lift weight more than 3 kgs, mri of brain and spinal cord are normal, please help me how to overcome this problem sir

Is this recent or long standing problem. Any muscle wasting? Were u able o lift more weights earlier? Try increase in weights every 5 th day.
