Numbing of upper body part

I notice that my chest, back, hands and lips feels numb and i cant breathe well..this happened almost 3 days..it occurs everytime i watch some horror or thriller movies at home..

Hi, Avoid being anxious about it. Anxiety may cause such problems. My advice would be to take proper rest, good diet. If still it persists then you should contact a physician/psychiatrist to get yourself examined. You may take Tab mecobal plus once daily Tab tryptomer 10mg once in night.
