  4. NT scan result. From you guys, please!

Dear friends, i am in 14 weeks pregnant i have NT ULTRASOUND today and it says " my NT appears prominent measuring 3mm, FHR 150 bpm, CRL we are extremely shocked when the Dr said your baby will be Downs syndrome 1 in 586, please please for God sake any advice from you guys, please
