Sir, Last feb 2025 i have taken x ray in that Report says: Early Degenerate stage. Apparent decreased medial joint space noted – could be positional / degenerative changes.” Doctor said Starting stage. Now Yesterdy taken xray. April 2026 In that report says. Impression Normal study Alinglment of both knees is normal Articular margins and joint apaces are normal No obvious bony injury Periaritucual soft tissues appear normal Now My dout Iam site engineer i have worked in villa s Daily 12 villas morning and afternoon i will climb stairs 2 times*12 villas Total, approx 22 to 24 villas 2 story. Shall i continue my job or not Present iam resigned Job On December last 3 months iam searching I have exp in site. Iam looking office job. Please suggests sir I have early degenerate stage or not Shall i continue my job in construction.

Your latest X-ray is normal.You do not currently have strong proof of major knee degeneration. But because your work puts high stress on the knees, if you have ongoing pain, office job is safer long-term. If symptoms continue, MRI + orthopedic review is the best next step.
