Nothing in ultrasound

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My pregnancy test positive with faint line..doctor told weakly positive..In ultrasound sound not showing anything..doctor said Uterus is bulky so let's hope for the best.. My uterus 7.65×5.31..left ovry 3.08×1.94, right overy 2.00×1.54..doctor give me dydrogestsrone and folic acid tablets.. And wait for 15 days another scan .. Is there pregnancy chances..
