Not undergoing mentruation flow

Question

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I was sopoused to undergo menstruation flow since 30 September but I didn't and I don't have pregnant because I already took a pregnant test and it shows negative and I have symptoms for menstruation flow and sometimes I feel like it comes out but it end without flowing out so I dont know what is the problem doctor and I don't know what to do so as to overcome this situation please help me
