My son is not talking at 20months the only sound he makes haaaaaaa. Am kind of worried what could have happened to him. He is my second child

Hi! I understand your concern, at 20 months normal child should be able to tell mumma ,dadda / 1-2 words sentences and show interest in learning new words. Please get detailed assessment of hearing and development with your pediatrician. If you give more screen time , please avoid that or try to reduce
