Hi dr. My period is missed by one day ...i have acne at the back ,mild pain when c- section took place in my 1 pregnancy , lethargic , feeling low , breathing problem at night , are these the signs of pregnancy ..please do let me know Dr. When can I get the upt done..? Thanks
