Not sure of abscess but something close
I h'v a small type of spots (like small abscess) on thigh for week with little pain but got healthy after week and now i got one near to pubic area which is a better bigger than previous one
a bit red and more painful and pain is like spreading what should i do?

U should consult with a Doctor. By doing examination it can be diagnosed whether it is abscess or cyst or something else and accordingly your treatment will be changed.
