Sir he is understanding everything , but not answering .. And speaking with lot of pressure. Some times he does not interested to speak, when we ask some thing he is showing means using his hands and neck

Hi it could be developmental issue,genetic problem etc...your son should be examined properly with detailed history then only it's possible to diagnose conclusively....consult pediatrician they will do the needful.
