Hello i think there is no obvious delay in language milestones. Baby needs emotional attention so that he can open up more. Due to new surroundings baby might take time to apadt but make sure u spend more time with the baby. Baby feels emotionally secure and surrounded by loved ones. Baby will surely improve on the language milestones which are currently normal for the age.
