Not sleeping whole night one month old

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My one month baby was sleeping both day and night after feeding. But few days hes been awake st night. Yesterday he was awake at night from 10:45Pm to 7:10 am. In this time he keeps moving hamds and legs a lot. Cries sometimes. Sees things around him. Make sounds. Even after feed, or nappy change he doesn't sleep Is this normal?? Can we change this ?? Daytime he sleeps after every two hour feed. So he doesn't wake up.

Looks like the baby has gases causing stomach pain. Give colicaid drops 5 drops thrice a day and Is he passing potty? Contact again if needed
