2 days not passing stool is not a problem. It's normal. Some babies may pass 5 days once also. Observe whether stool is very hard. Give more feeds. If started cerelac make it thin. Give water if already started. Increased urine frequency can be a symptom of urine infection. Observe straining while passing urine. Or fever can also be there. Meet your pediatrician if any new symptoms are there.
