Hello,
Since you got your periods, you are unlikely to be pregnant.
You should better consult a gynaecologist and take medications to induce your periods.
Dear Practo user,
Your description is quite long and somewhat confusing.
If you haven't had intercourse after July, there are no chances of pregnancy.
The cause is likely PCOS.
Get yourself evaluated again. Get Ultrasound of lower abdomen repeated, if it has been done long time back. Consult Gynaecologist for further management.
Lifestyle changes with reduction in weight is likely to help.
