Not having any noticeable symptoms

I had my periods on 5th march. I had unprotected sex on 11th March. The guy says he hasn't left the sperm in and even I didn't feel anything inside me. To be safe I took ipill the same day. Again we had an unprotected sex on 15 March. The guy says he hasn't left the sperm in and even I didn't feel anything inside me. After an hour there was a very light red discharge was der in small amount. We assumed this was due to fingering. Again today 17 th there was a little light red discharge. Help!
