Not had fulfilling session
I am a single male of 37+ years.I am on medicines for ocd-anxiety since last 15 years & diabetes type 2 since 2016 and few creams for acne & sebhorric dermatitis and 2 tablets of finpecia a week for a very mild hairfall.I and my partner plan to have a highly enjoyable and very satisfying intercourse.Recently I also underwent a normal circumcision for excess foreskin at tip of penis opening for which I just finished medicines as attached in the given prescriptions. But due to above all conditions I am having erection issue and so far I was never able to ejaculate by penetration. What medicine can I have just before the performing session which will give immense pleasure to me and my partner without any adverse or counter reaction with above medicines and also without making me addicted to that medicine as I am looking for some instant medicine purely to boost myself largely for only 1 session. Also how long it can last for total satisfaction?
