Asked for Female, 21 Years

Hello doctor My last period was on 7th February and i usually have a 28 day cycle. This month i.e. march, i have not got my period. I'm worried about pregnancy. I used a pregnancy test kit also on 13th march, the result was negative. Usually i get regular periods without any delays but this time its not coming. I had sex few times in February without protection but there was no ejaculation inside my vagina. Is there any possiblity of pregnancy or what's the reason of not getting period? Please help me Thanks
