It is either of the two reasons.
1. High dose of progesterone in I pill and also meprate needs to drop below normal levels for withdrawal bleed to ensue. So it is still lingering in the body, not allowing withdrawal bleed to happen, or
2. There is no sufficient uterine lining, which is the endometrium to shed even after progesterone has come down in which case withdrawal bleed from meprate wont work.
Get a transvaginal ultrasound scan to evaluate your endometrial thickness to understand the reason.
If it is less than 6mm, do not worry, wait for your ovarian function to resume and get your period naturally.
Take care.

Hi, Hope you have taken Meprate in the right dose. It is One tab twice a day for five days. Wait for one week to 10 days if no periods then consult your Gynaec . Further investigation needs to be done .
What is a dose of meprate u have taken?
Inadequate dose can delay withdrawal bleeding
In case right dose is taken , n there is waiting period of 7-10 days
If no menses, then u need scan to decide higher hormonal medicine
