Not getting pregnant even after 5 years
I have met with a doctor and did Hysterosalphingography. My report findings are : Uterine cavity shnechiae seen in the right upper body cornua. B/L tube seen B/L spillage of contrast seen. And also AMH(Anti Mullerian Hormone) - 0.29 ng/mg. May I know whether is there any chance of getting pregnant. I want to know what is written in the report any complications showing or is there any treatment.

Your HSG report says the Fallopian tubes are normal and patent( meaning no block ) However there is an adhesion in the uterine cavity which can be released on hysteroscopy. AMH level is low. Meaning the ovarian reserve is low ( number of eggs left are less ) Need to try for pregnancy as early as possible with the help of a assisted reproductive techniques
