Primolut N takes 3-5 days after the last dose.
High Prolactin level causes menstrual irregularities. Take Cabergolin for 3mth.
After that repeat S.Prolactin test
Cabergolin is taken twice a week.

You need to understand that there is a weight period of up to 10 days after the last dose
You haven't waited enough
Since the last tablet finished on 7th wait till 17th you will definitely get your periods
