Not getting my periods

Question

Asked for Female, 28 Years

In January, I had gotten myself checked for the same reason, had high prolactin levels, took medication, it came down and then i stopped the medicines, condition had returned. I took caberlyn for the prolactin to come down. Should i restart it now. I was taking it once a week for 4 weeks.
