Not getting my periods

Question

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I was raped last month. I am not sure if I am pregnant or not. I haven't got my periods yet. My date was 2nd October. My vaginal has swollen up a bit and my upper lip has dark spots which indicate I might be pregnant. Should I visit a gynecologist? I don't have any other symptoms. I just took ipill yesterday but I am not sure if I am pregnant. Should I get any tests done?
