1st, unwanted 72 and I-pill are emergency pills, please don't use them as regular pills. It's a high dose progesterone pill, and regular use causes imbalance , leading to manstrual disorders, among other consequences. Ask you partner to use condom, or take regular OCPs, or any other contraceptive methods like IUCD. 2nd, I am assuming that you took the UPT in the morning, first urine in the morning. It's most effective, for detecting early pregnancy. And by taking test twice, I am assuming you take a gap of 7 days. UPT is most accurate on 7 days after you missed your period, if your cycles are regular. 3rd, you need to tell when did you take the last I-pill, how many days after unprotected sex, when did you take UPT, all in reference to last unprotected sex. 4th, if you are sure about not being pregnant, take meprate 10 mg, twice a day, and then wait for 7-10 days after the last dose for periods to start. 5th, if still no periods , please do consult a gynecologist in person for further investigations.
