Not erecting for longer time ,less sperm
From 4 years am masturbating and from 2 years I am suffering from water like sperm no thickness at all.I was having a habit of masturbation3-4 times in a day. I was masturbating since 6years and I have stopped from 1 month. Due to i was feeling eyesight becoming very weak and has sight,feeling weak,pimples on face,and my semen has become like water and discharges within 20-30 seconds. Will I become as before? Please do reply please

Masturbation doesn't cause any weekness or sexual dysfunction contrary to popular belief. The anxiety and guilt associated with masturbation causes problems. Pimples are common at this age and has nothing to do with masturbation. Your semen shall be fine but if in doubt you can go for a semen analysis test after 72hrs abstinence to be assured. For premature ejaculation consult a psychiatrist in person.
