My son is 14months old and he weighs of 9.5 kg. From past 2 days he is not eating anything. Yesterday he vomited while eating cerelac. From that time onwards he was not eating anything. But still he is very active and playing.
But he is drinking milk. From past 3 weeks he is residing with his grand parents. We are going there on every weekends. Please suggest me the solution. I am getting worried. Please help me
