Not easy visible patches on my skin

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have small patches it all started on my neck down to my chest and my arms do have also when i look into the mirror there are some patch on my forehead they are round and a liitle bit shiny those are not embosed they are itchy when touched or when after i take a bath, i am 19 and female
