Hello Dr.
I'm 30yrs female delivered 1st baby on Feb 2017 thru C-section. Again got pregnant in aug2019 n medical abortion done in sep2019. After that trying to conceive but not getting pregnant.from past 2months facing vaginal dryness that causing painful intercourse.attached my reports Pls help. Dr prescribed letrozole 2.5mg used for 1month no change

Good evening..
Don’t worry.. as u already had conceived previously, there are good chances that you will become pregnant.
Within one cycle of letrozole u cannot conceive., max 3-6 months u should try .
For vaginal dryness, u can use KY jelly during intercourse.
Have intercourse 3/4 times from 10th - 17th day if u count from ur last period , chances to conceive are good during these days.

-Tab. Folvite 5 mg everyday
- Follicular study scan on Day 11, day 13 , day 15
