you should see a gynaecologist she will go for few test which will help to diagnose her problem.

As you said it is irregular since 2and1/2 year and it is not cured by any allopathic or homeopathic medicine.It needs ayurvedic treatment for about 6months with panchkarma for that please visit ayurvedic doctor.
