Not bubbly at all
She is 4 yrs old, born on 2nd dec 2014 She is 16.8 kgs now and have no medical complaints She had fever earlier in the age of 1.5 yr with convulsions but never repeated later. She is active and healthy but very thin. She is not much interested in food and hence takes normal 3 meals in day with around 500ml milk in a day. Please suggest me some food or supplements for making her increase the diet as well as chubbiness

Dear parents, Standard weight at 1year is 10kg &in next 2,3,4,5year only 1kg weight increases, your child is 4years &16.8kg ,above standard. Height should be 100cm. In 6th year he will gain wt 3kg per year, so wait. Like to give some things, start, 1=gur, jaggery small pieces every day in food 2=groundnut,mungfali roasted3=gram,chana roasted, 4=rice murmura

Hello. As per the weight for age of the child is completely normal and good. Still if you want to make your child gain more weight than give home based nutritious diet rich in protein (pulses, Paneer, egg, etc). You can also give some supplements with milk like Pediasure.
