Not as hard and lasting lesser as before

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Hello. I used to have 5-6 rounds of sex in few hours and after a year gap now I'm not able to get as hard as before and can't last long either. And I'm 22 , I have scoliosis n nerve pain . I was taking . Cilentra 10 mg everyday for it . Is it because of medication or any other reason ? Please help how do i fox it?
