Not able to get pregnant.

My wife is not able to conceive. My penis size is 2-3cm normal and 4-5cm erect. Is this be an issue or something else. Also I have gone through circumcision at the age of 3 due to not urinating for 3 days. Does my penis size is very small to pregnant my wife. Will I satisfy my wife.
