Not able to get long time erection

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am 30 year old male with no physical issues. However when trying have sex my wife I am getting erection but it is not lasting for long and suddenly loosing erection. I get erection during sleep and early morning also no other diabetes related issues. Could you please advise.is there any medicine that I could follow ?we are trying for a baby
