Not able to conceive but missed period
Hello doctor. Last time i had my period was 20th august and since then we had sex many a times but every time i check my pregnancy test result is negative. I even tried different differemt company's home test kits. Is there any chance that i am pregnant? Also i never used any contraceptive device nor medicine nor anything else in past

It is too short a period of trial. Even if you have had sex on all the right days, there is NO guarantee that the female egg which is to be produced in your body has been formed, hence pregnancy may not have happened. Do a urine pregnancy test on a early morning sample in a lab and see. if negative you have not become pregnant and you need to try more.
Pregnancy doesnot happen with just one month of unprotected sex. This is because even if sperms are deposited in vagina at every act of sex, the crucial female egg is NOT formed every month.
Hence it is recommended that those who are trying to become pregnant must try with unprotected relations for at least a year.
