Not able to aleep
Hi Suddenly I am not able to sleep during periods.i have taken cyclo Pam for pain.One week before periods I feel sleepy but once periods started I am not able to sleep.i am 31 years old.

Try doing yoga and breathing exercises...relax and you will be able to sleep...

Hi.
It's because of progesteron which secretes in the last 15 days of the period helps you to sleep nicely but once you get your period the progestins have a drop so you are not having the same sleep like before
