Nosebleeds and high BP
Hii doctor, I have read somewhere that if a body's BP becomes too high to cause arterial damage, then nosebleed happens to reduce it.
I want to know if it's possible for the BP, below nosebleed BP, to cause damage to artery.

Small arteries in the body react to this high BP differently in different part of body
In brain we can have stroke
In kidney we can develop permanent damage and kidney failure
And in Nose we can have nose bleeds
