Nose piercing bump

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had done a nose piercing a month ago then after 2 weeks i was trying to insert a gold pin which i cudnt do and therefore it lead to inside nose swelling and after a week puss occured outside the nose.which antibiotic to apply to get immediate cure and i dont have any pain there
