Nose bleed
I am unmarried. I had sex and it's been three weeks now.
I was having cold and today I saw a patch of blood while blowing my nose...and on the internet I have read that nose bleeding is a sign of early pregnancy... Is it so?? Does it mean I am pregnant

Nose bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy .pregnancy can be detected by missed periods with urine pregnancy test showing positive result or by a hormonal blood test named serum beta hcg .As such pregnancy cannot be diagnosed just by symptoms .
