Nose bleed
Hiii...my daughter is 6 years old...her weight is 24 kg...My daughter had mild nose bleeding last night. Maybe it happened because she came directly into an AC room after playing. It stopped within 1–2 minutes. Today in the morning, while brushing, when she spat, there was some black-colored, clotted spit—maybe dried blood from last night. After that, her saliva has been completely normal. Is there anything to worry about, or should I consult a doctor ...plz suggest

Seems like a simple nose bleed due to dryness/AC. The black clot in morning is just dried blood, nothing to worry. No treatment needed now. Keep nose moist and avoid picking. If it repeats frequently then we can evaluate.

Greetings Nosebleeds in children are very common and often caused by dry air from air conditioners. Seeing dark, clotted blood the next morning is typical, as blood often drips down the throat during sleep and is later spit out. Since her saliva is now normal and the bleeding stopped quickly, there is likely no immediate cause for concern. You should consult a doctor if bleeds become frequent (more than twice a week) or last longer than 20 minutes. Seek medical care if you notice unusual bruising, gum bleeding, or if she appears very pale and weak. Using a humidifier or applying a small amount of petroleum jelly inside the nostrils can help prevent future episodes
