Nose .. Angiofibroma?

Asked for Male, 20 Years

There has been a bump on my nose for a couple of years or so now. I went to a dermatologist and mentioned it, but she gave me treatment for a different area and didn't really do anything about my nose. I have pictures of it. It's flesh-colored and hard, I've tried to pop it before but that's useless. My Google research tells me it's possibly angiofibroma, but I don't know what to do with that information. I want it to be gone, badly.
