Hi sir/madam, in week 6 i had a spotting doctor prescribed me hcg 5000iu injection and susten injection and susten 400mg tablets daily upto 3months.. I had my nt scan in 12weeks 5days and reports are NT 2MM,FHR 173,Nosal bone hypoplastic (unilateral on right side)..double marker reports came normal. My and my husband age are 32.. I had history of abnormality (my aunty was abnormal).. What are all the tests i need to do.. Im worring is my baby is normal i couldn't sleep or eat.. Please reply.

Currently how many weeks of pregnancy? Do anamoly scan at 18 to 20 weeks and look for nasal bone again. Meet a good radiologist or fetal medicine for the scan. U can get Quadriple marker test also. After all this if any thing is abnormal then you can go for further testing.

There are invasive test to confirm, but lots of risk is involved. Consult a fetal medicine doctor, if you want to go ahead or for second opinion.
